The maximum amount that will be granted in 2025 is $3,000.
2025 Mini Grant Important Dates:
First day to access the application via our Grant Management System: 2/10/2025
Application deadline: 3/28/2025 at 11:59 p.m.
Award Ceremony where approved grants are selected: 5/01/2025
Earliest project start date: 5/01/2025
Deadline to complete the Grant Agreement form: 5/08/2025
Latest project end date: 9/18/2025
Deadline to submit the Payout Submission form: 9/18/2025
Applications must be submitted via our Grant Management System by end of day on March 28, 2025.
No matching funds are required to receive a Mini Grant.
Only one application will be accepted from an organization / tax ID/EIN.
Grant recipients will be selected at the Award Ceremony on May 1, 2025. In order to receive a grant, you must have at least one person representing your organization at the award ceremony on May 1, 2025. Up to 4 people from your organization are welcome to attend. Not everyone in attendance will be awarded a Mini Grant. Appetizers will be served at 6:00 p.m. with the award ceremony starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort event center near Larchwood, IA.
New in 2025, if your organization received a Mini Grant in 2024, you are NOT eligible to apply for a Mini Grant in 2025. To see a list of those organizations that received a Mini Grant in 2024, refer to the Grants Awarded History tab on this website.
Also new in 2025, if you are awarded a grant during the award ceremony, you will receive your grant check within 30 days of completing your Grant Agreement form via our Grant Management System.
Grant recipients must return all copies of invoices, receipts, checks, etc., and complete and return the Payout Submission form, via our Grant Management System, no later than the date outlined above to be eligible for future grants.
